Rachel is a United Kingdom qualified solicitor as well as New York Attorney. Rachel is accomplished in organising and managing complex litigation cases with superior client facing skills.

Rachel’s experience covers commercial litigation, experience which she started gaining in her days as a New York Attorney with firms such as McMahon Martine & Gallagher between 1993-2000. Here she participated in the World Trade Centre asbestos contamination litigation, along with a successful motion practised resulting in the dismissal of $40 million dollar asbestos related property damage claim against a major construction management firm. Rachel joined Alfred James & Co Solicitors as an Associate Solicitor in 2005 and became a Partner in 2010
