Rachel is a United Kingdom qualified solicitor as well as New York Attorney. Her areas of experience include Commercial, Litigation, Employment Law, Bankruptcy, Products Liability, Occupational Diseases, and Environmental law. Rachel is accomplished in organising and managing complex litigation cases with superior client facing skills.
Rachel’s experience covers commercial litigation, experience which she started gaining in her days as a New York Attorney with firms such as McMahon Martine & Gallagher between 1993-2000. Here she participated in the World Trade Centre asbestos contamination litigation, along with a successful motion practised resulting in the dismissal of $40 million dollar asbestos related property damage claim against a major construction management firm. Rachel joined Alfred James & Co Solicitors as an Associate Solicitor in 2005 and became a Partner in 2010

Yode specialises in properties, both residential and commercial and Landlord/Tenant matters.

Rebecca Hawksley

Rebecca was admitted as a solicitor in 1997 and has been practicing in all areas of law ever since, but her passion really lies with Civil Litigation. She gained her higher audience rights in 2011 meaning you will not have to hire a barrister to represent you in court in some cases. She has twenty-two reported cases in the law reports (and counting) and is very skilled in arguing for the little guy.
One of her proudest achievements was having Lord Justice Brooks write about her work as a solicitor for her clients arguing their case in an Antisocial behaviour order case. In a personal blog he published before he died, he said it was one of his favourite cases he ever presided over and praised her hard work and dedication to her clients.
Rebecca regularly appears in the High Court on Administrative law matters and all manner of disputes and has a strong practice in family law working for parents on children’s disputes and dealing with divorces both for modest incomes and higher net worth estates.
Rebecca is a member of Resolution and subscribes to their code of practice in family law ensuring that cases are dealt with with appropriate sensitivity and de-escalation.

Adebayo qualified as a solicitor in 2002. He obtained his master’s degree (LLM) from Kings College University in London (1989). Adebayo has gained experience in the following areas of law namely Prison, Criminal litigation, Civil Litigation, Immigration, Employment, Probate and Landlord and Tenant. Adebayo currently specialises in property law (Residential and Commercial) as well as Probate and Civil Litigation matters (related to property matters) with his experience in the same spanning over 13 years. Adebayo has kept himself abreast in Residential & Commercial Property as well as Probate law being the daily areas of his practice. He also keeps himself abreast of his other areas by attending several professional development courses.

Paula Zdanowicz

Paula is a qualified lawyer in the UK and holds the title of Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx). She obtained a master’s degree in law from the University of Warsaw and a diploma in English and European Union law issued by the British Law Center in cooperation with the University of Warsaw and the University of Cambridge. From 2012 to 2014, she studied at the University of Westminster in London, completing postgraduate studies Graduate Diploma in Law, and then CILEx- Level 6 Fast Track.
The fact that she studied law in two different countries allowed her to gain extensive knowledge of civil law and common law. Thanks to her qualifications and extensive experience, she is familiar with various legal systems, and also has an alternative approach to legal problems. Over the years, she gained experience in law in renowned institutions, such as the Chancellery of the Prime Minister in Poland and the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights (considered one of the most respected – non-governmental organisation dealing with the protection of human rights and freedom). She specialises in company law, civil litigation, employment law, family law and immigration law.

Christine Rodney Mitchell

Christine is aiming to qualify as a Solicitor of England and Wales and currently works alongside the Senior Partner of our firm in the areas of Private Client and other legal areas. She is career changing from a teacher of Economics and Business Studies into law. She currently works in the Private Client and Family law department in our firm.
Christine is dynamic and is skilled with thinking outside of the box to attain an acceptable solution to difficult cases for clients.
