Rachel is a United Kingdom qualified solicitor as well as New York Attorney. Her areas of experience include Commercial, Litigation, Employment Law, Bankruptcy, Products Liability, Occupational Diseases, and Environmental law. Rachel is accomplished in organising and managing complex litigation cases with superior client facing skills.
Rachel’s experience covers commercial litigation, experience which she started gaining in her days as a New York Attorney with firms such as McMahon Martine & Gallagher between 1993-2000. Here she participated in the World Trade Centre asbestos contamination litigation, along with a successful motion practised resulting in the dismissal of $40 million dollar asbestos related property damage claim against a major construction management firm. Rachel joined Alfred James & Co Solicitors as an Associate Solicitor in 2005 and became a Partner in 2010

Adebayo qualified as a solicitor in 2002. He obtained his master’s degree (LLM) from Kings College University in London (1989). Adebayo has gained experience in the following areas of law namely Prison, Criminal litigation, Civil Litigation, Immigration, Employment, Probate and Landlord and Tenant. Adebayo currently specialises in property law (Residential and Commercial) as well as Probate and Civil Litigation matters (related to property matters) with his experience in the same spanning over 13 years. Adebayo has kept himself abreast in Residential & Commercial Property as well as Probate law being the daily areas of his practice. He also keeps himself abreast of his other areas by attending several professional development courses.

Alexander A. Adeyemo

Alex works as a Consultant Solicitor for the firm and he specialises in family, immigration and criminal matters. In relation to family matters, Alex has vast experience in divorce proceedings, child arrangement matters and financial matters arising from divorce proceedings. Alex also undertakes advocacy work and he represents clients in all court matters hence there is the added advantage of him representing clients on a matter that he is very familiar with. Alex also has vast experience in all aspect of domestic violence matters including non-molestation orders, occupation orders and all domestic related issues.
Alex is a member of Resolution, an organisation that encourages constructive resolution of family disputes.
Now turning to immigration matters, Alex has impressive experience in asylum, immigration and Nationality matters. Alex also deals with Corporate & Business Immigration. Whatever your reasons for wanting to come to the UK or extending your leave in the UK, Alex is able to assist and his Client Care is second to none.
Alex was a Senior Crown Prosecutor for the CPS and he therefore has experience in all areas of Criminal work and Road Traffic matters.

Paula Zdanowicz

Paula is a qualified lawyer in the UK and holds the title of Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx). She obtained a master’s degree in law from the University of Warsaw and a diploma in English and European Union law issued by the British Law Center in cooperation with the University of Warsaw and the University of Cambridge. From 2012 to 2014, she studied at the University of Westminster in London, completing postgraduate studies Graduate Diploma in Law, and then CILEx- Level 6 Fast Track.
The fact that she studied law in two different countries allowed her to gain extensive knowledge of civil law and common law. Thanks to her qualifications and extensive experience, she is familiar with various legal systems, and also has an alternative approach to legal problems. Over the years, she gained experience in law in renowned institutions, such as the Chancellery of the Prime Minister in Poland and the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights (considered one of the most respected – non-governmental organisation dealing with the protection of human rights and freedom). She specialises in company law, civil litigation, employment law, family law and immigration law.

Tony’s experience emanated from first having worked in the Insurance industry before moving to the legal industry over fifteen years ago.
He covers Personal Injury, Private Criminal work under the supervision of a more experienced solicitor, Civil Litigation & Deb Recovery.

Laura has a law degree and is currently the firm’s Conveyancing Department Assistant assisting and training under members of this highly experienced team. Laura has completed her legal practice course and is looking to go on to qualify as a solicitor in the coming years.
