Deji is the Managing and Senior Partner of our firm with over 20 years’ experience in private client work, specialising in Housing, Landlord & Tenant, Immigration, Personal Injury and International Commercial Transactions and Business Law.
Deji has been working in these areas since he qualified and has helped thousands of families and individuals with his wealth of legal experience, such as assisting to successfully overturn an appeal at the Court of Appeal on the matter of Williams v Central Bank of Nigeria, with regards to a Chancery matter relating to Breach of Trust – further details can be found here.
Deji is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and a Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

PRICING
Our fees for Immigration can vary depending on the type of application and also the complexity of the case. We usually charge a fixed fee, please see our prices below. Please note that if your case is more of a complex matter, we will discuss this with you at the outset and confirm if our fee would be higher.
Type of applications:
- Application for settlement (ILR) – £1,800 + VAT
- Application for naturalisation/registration as a British Citizen (minors) – £1,500 + VAT
- FLR (Further Leave to Remain) Application – £1200 + VAT
- Permanent Residence (EU citizens) – £1000 + VAT
- Settlement visa (spousal) application – £1,800 + VAT
- Work permit visa – £1,200 + VAT
- Entry clearance matters – £900 + VAT
- Long Residence settlement applications – £1800 + VAT
What services are included
The work will involve:
- discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you;
- giving you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria.
- if you do not fulfil certain criteria, whether this can be overcome and how
- considering the supporting evidence you have provided
- where necessary, helping you obtain further evidence (such as medical records and bank statements), including taking statements of any witnesses;
- preparing your application and submitting it on your behalf
- giving you advice about the outcome of the application and any further steps you need to take.
*the amount of hours spent on each case depends on the number of documents, whether they need to be translated, whether anything is missing and how long it will take to obtain the missing documents
Disbursements (not included in costs set out above):
Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as visa fees. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process.
- Interpreters fees if required. These fees are difficult to estimate as this depends on the complexity of the case. Interpreters charge on an hourly rate of approximately £100 – £125 + VAT. We would recommend where possible that you bring a friend or trusted community figure to assist you. We will recommend an interpreter for you where required, however if you know of someone you would prefer to use, we can of course accommodate this.
- Independent expert reports e.g. medical experts. These are not required in many cases: we will let you know as soon as possible if we consider an expert report is necessary. The fee for this is usually between £750 – £1500 + VAT
- Immigration Health Surcharge Fees approx. £500 per applicant (no VAT)
The costs quoted here do not include:
- Any Home Office fees for making the application. We will pay this to the Home Office directly as part of the application process – the cost of these fees can vary, and are approx. £900 to £2,500 but do not attract VAT
- Where the Home Office refuse your application, advice and assistance in relation to any appeal
How long will my application take?
We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. Read the current processing times.

Appeals & Judicial Review Applications

We usually charge a fixed fee, please see our prices below. Please note that if your case is more of a complex matter, we will discuss this with you at the outset and confirm if our fee would be higher.
- Appeals to the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) – £900 + VAT Judicial Reviews – £1000 + VAT
- Judicial Reviews – £800 + VAT
What services are included
The work will involve:
- discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you;
- giving you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria.
- if you do not fulfil certain criteria, whether this can be overcome and how
- considering the supporting evidence you have provided
- preparing your appeal or judicial review application and submitting it on your behalf
- Assisting with the appeal process on your behalf
- Corresponding with the Tribunal and Home Office
- Advising you on the Outcome of your application.
Disbursements (not included in costs set out above):
Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as court fees. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process.
- Court Fees (these vary and will be confirmed to you but do not attract VAT)
- Barrister Fees for attending any Court Hearings and drafting pleadings if needed (Barristers Fees are paid by hourly rate and these normally vary depending on the experience of the Barrister and amount of time they work on a case. These will be confirmed to you before we instruct the Barrister). Barrister fees attract VAT
How long will my application take?
We cannot guarantee how long the process will take, although we usually estimate approximately 1 to 2 years, depending on the time the Home Office take to respond and whether the matter goes to Court or not.
